In addition to achieving the company vision — Supporting Leaders to EVOLVE their Organizations — Kayden is committed to growing a company where people enjoy coming to work, are supported by their co-workers, are intellectually challenged, and can MAKE THEIR MARK helping clients meet their business goals.

A respected consulting leader with over 20 years of management consulting experience, Brian’s focus is on helping clients discover how experience-led strategies create business value.

Most recently Brian was the North American Digital Enterprise Advisory Leader at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. At Avanade, Brian was responsible for building and leading a management consulting team to help brands drive deeper customer relationships using data-driven insights and digital enabling technologies to achieve business outcomes.

With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and optimization, Roopa specializes in developing data-driven strategies that align with business objectives to enhance customer journey insights. She currently leads a team of Digital Experience Optimization (DXO) consultants at BlastX Consulting. Roopa has authored numerous insightful articles, including “Putting the ‘Human’ Back in Human Experience Design” and “Personalization and Humanity are Core to Meeting Customer Expectations,” which reflect her thought leadership and ongoing impact in the world of DXO.

In addition to her written contributions, Roopa actively participates in webinars and LinkedIn Live sessions, collaborating with industry leaders such as Adobe and Optimizely. These partnerships allow her to share her expertise on topics like human experience design and personalization, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in the digital customer experience and Digital Experience Optimization (DXO) space.

On a personal note, Roopa is an avid Buffalo Bills fan, a fierce competitor across multiple sports, and spends her free time with her husband, wrangling her two teenage boys and two very large dogs. GO BILLS!

As VP of Technology Solutions at BlastX Consulting, Joe bridges the gap between technical complexity and business impact by helping organizations to deploy solutions that amplify the customer experience while respecting user privacy. With certified experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Target, he solves complex technical hurdles and helps clients evolve their data-driven cultures.With 20+ years of technical experience, Joe leads AI initiatives within BlastX and consults with clients to operationalize AI in innovative ways that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling the globe with his lovely wife and has three kids. He is a follower of all things technology, actively works on his fitness, and enjoys a nice glass of wine.

As VP, Operations for BlastX Consulting, Alexei takes initiative to build efficient and scalable processes for achieving repeatable, successful results for both Blast and its clients. Another key addition to the company in 2015, Alexei specializes in creating actionable plans and executing on complex, business-critical projects.

Alexei has more than 20 years of experience leading various technical, engineering, and marketing roles. This spans project management, product management, development, implementation, integration, and optimization. Prior to joining Blast, he was Senior Manager of Marketing Operations for Lynda.com--LinkedIn’s online learning platform--where he drove the success of the marketing technical stack by defining efficient processes and leading related engineering initiatives. Before that, he was Director of CRM and Acquisition Implementation for Blurb.

Richard Morrow’s career path has had as many twists, turns, and steep climbs as the streets of San Francisco. Starting with a foundation in classic advertising design, he quickly moved beyond opinion-based creative work, gravitating toward the logical and strategic side of advertising. As MarTech gained traction in the early 2000s, Richard pivoted into digital technology projects, and transitioned to an agency role, embracing his role as a consultant and deepening his technical and digital marketing acumen.

His journey took him to Tealium, where he joined a scrappy team of three and helped scale it into a billion-dollar unicorn. As the leader of a 19-person team, he supported 800 customers, driving impact at an enterprise level. Now at BlastX Consulting, Richard applies his extensive experience to helping brands harness the power of customer data, personalization, and MarTech strategy.

Outside of work, Richard embraces hands-on craftsmanship. When he’s not tackling furniture-making projects or perfecting his grilling techniques (a true Ron Swanson in spirit), he’s getting walked by his 120-pound mastiff through the streets of San Diego. He and his wife enjoy the coastal lifestyle, though his passion for logical thinking, structured solutions, and great barbecue keeps him firmly grounded in both work and play.

Consulting Philosophy: “My guiding principle is to always deliver excellent service to our clients. Once the client is happy, I’m happy.”
